To buy or not to buy
This is a very interesting little lap table, I mainly love it but I think a couple of small modifications would improve its usage a little bit more! It arrives packaged in a cardboard box and it's a good snug fit. The legs are solid and there's a good weight to the table, so you feel confident it'll take a laptop without breaking. The legs lock into position well and the part which can be raised, so you can put your laptop on it, is sturdy. I tried it on a table top first, just to get the measure of it, as it instilled confidence - the legs didn't buckle, the left hand side raised without issue and I could lock it off to the angle I wanted. There is a lip at the base of the raised side, which the computer, or a book (perhaps even a small puzzle with a non-slip mat underneath) could rest on and not slide off. I can see it being very useful in a bedroom, although I did find the height of the table quite tall. I'm slightly shorter than average and I felt the angle my hand had to be at to use the mouse was unnatural. I wish the legs were adjustable in height, then it could be used for a range of ages and heights. That aside, the thing that did irritate me about the table is when it's not in use. There is no way of locking off the moveable top of the table, so it falls open very easily. You have to remember which way is the way to put it down, so it doesn't fall open. A simple latch that makes it lock flat into place would resolve this and I think this is the only part that's poor design. I will be thinking about attaching something myself, because the table itself is really good and solid, this is a daft niggle but one that could be remedied. With the 20% voucher currently offered, it brings the cost to just over £21.50, which I think is fair for the build quality.

Laptop table with cup holder. This is a handy laptop table that you can use when sat on the sofa or in bed. The table has folding legs that are a good height so theres plenty of clearance between your legs and the table. The table has a cup holder which is a hole cut into the wood and a plastic holder inserted, unfortunately the holder isn't fixed in place so every time i pick up the table to move it to another room the holder falls out. The table is heavier than i imagined it would be so not as portable friendly as it could be. The final finish to the wood is very sharp in places and not very comfortable to rest your arms whilst typing. I like that the table tilts so viewing the screen of your tablet is easier if your using this and i find the table a good size overall.

This laptop table is perfect and just what I needed without previously knowing I did meaning I'm glad this came up and was able to get it. It's basic but the concept behind it is great and it serves the purpose really well in all honesty and has now made things easier for me when using my laptop. Made from wood and covered in what I would imagine to be melamine for the table parts and metal for the frame/legs. This all appears to be well made, good quality and durable enough to withstand any bumps/knocks or potential scratches etc Plus the added benefit of being water proof. It has 5 diferrant height positions that allows you to vary the angle in which you want the laptop to be at and this makes it quite practical. I like the fact there is a built in holder which is essential for that much needed tea/coffee while working and also has space for a mouse if you want to use one of those. The holder only really allows for the small travel flasks though and doesn't fit standard everyday cups which is a shame so that's the reason for the 1 less star I'm afraid. I have found this table to be the perfect height to go over my legs for when sat on the sofa or floor and when my laptop is raised up this also give the perfect height and angle for working at. This makes things so much easier and is more comfortable on my back and neck rather than when I previously had to use the laptop on my lap. The table is really sturdy and holds the laptop up perfectly well without any wobbling. It's lightweight and compact enough to enable you to use or take this anywhere with you conveniently. If I have the table flat I can even fit my plate on it and use for my meal and drink which is a bonus!.. This is a great product and very useful to aid using your laptop so well worth buying at the price it's available at.

Actually using this as we speak to write this review I absolutely love it. It fits perfectly on the bed so you can work to your heart content in comfortable settings. This is really easy to use. The laptop can be adjusted to any height as well as the legs holding out at a good sturdy position this can also take a lot of weight I have noticed This also has a cupholder which I love so it means that you can still have your hot drink safely while working with your mouse et cetera in the other area absolutely brilliant. I love this and currently down to £18.88. So absolute bargain

This lap table was very disappointing as it arrived very dirty and also had marks on it which cannot be removed. It was shown in the pictures with a normal sized mug but the cup holder is too shallow and not large enough and so none of my standard, smaller mugs, most cups and most of my glasses didn't fit either. So, for me this defeats the purpose of having a cup insert if it cannot be used. It does have a variety of tilts available to set your screen at the angle you prefer and does appear reasonably sturdy although as you can see from the second photo it is a bit of a mess underneath with how it is put together. When storing it does fold very flat so easy to store although the cup insert falls out if it isn't flat.
