As I’ve been working from home and using my laptop a lot these past few months, having a laptop stand has become very important. After spending some time researching the various options available on Amazon, I went with this and I’m glad I did. Pros 1. Light, versatile and portable - This laptop stand doesn’t weigh much and folds neatly/flat into a nice size that can be taken along when travelling. 2. Great functional design- has two cushions underneath which provides comfort and stability when resting on the lap, and prevents heat transfer from the laptop to the body. The stand also has a small bracket which helps hold the laptop in place when in use and prevent the laptop from slipping. 3. Eight height adjustment options - The stand can be extended upwards to a height of about 5 inches (height excludes the double cushion underneath which adds about 2 inches to overall size), giving plenty of options/viewing angles. 4. Size - At 25.5cm length x 37cm wide (44cm diagonal), this stand is big enough to accommodate up to 15in laptops. The surface and cushions are also easy to clean. Cons: Size - Not wide enough to accommodate a laptop and a mouse. Not an issue as I use my trackpad but worth mentioning. In addition, if you have a laptop wider than 15 inches then you will find this stand smaller and therefore may not suit your need. Verdict - This is a great purchase! For the price (under £16), and compared to the alternatives out there, I would recommend this as a great purchase. Honestly wish I bought earlier. i am typing this on the stand! CONS - it IS plastic! PROS - this is very well thought out, the various angles you can set it at are great, the shelf at the bottom is just right, the size works well, the cushions for the lap are good, and it doesn't wobble as I type this. In fact, it makes using my laptop a better overall experience and feels really professional! What a great product! The plastic seems a bit flimsy but if you treat it properly it will last. It works great! I use it when sitting on the sofa and it raises my laptop to a better ergonomic typing position, which can be enhanced further if you put a cushion under the tray as well. The tray has bean-bag type cushions on the underside, so it can sit on uneven objects and still remain level, and the surface tilt can be adjusted through multiple angles. Not wide enough for a mouse to sit on but not a problem if you have a Bluetooth laser mouse that works on fabric surfaces.

I spend a lot of my time writing and I just treated myself to a new duo screen laptop and I needed it to be sturdy but also compact and this is! I have had many lap trays but I find my wrist aches as it leans against the edge of the tray and after an hour I get agitated. This is perfect! My lenovo yoga i9 has a keyboard which allows me to detach from the screens and now I use this stand to hold the computer and I just have the keyboard on my lap! It is just perfect. Light and also compact I have got rid of all the other ones cluttering up my room! The unit is plastic so I can't imagine it's very sturdy and I hope the plastic wedges for the stand to sit in don't crack and break but I am so happy with the purchase! I love it! And now the screen us angled it just makes it so much easier. Great item!

Very happy with this product. I paid £20, and consider it good value. Bought for 12.9 IPad Pro. It is lightweight, and well balanced. I use it everyday, and find it rests on my knees comfortably and is stable. Easy to move IPad and rest together to get up from seat. It adjusts so easily between reading a paper, and steeper angle to sit back and watch film. It is plastic and probably would break if dropped from a height with laptop on it. As with most things made of plastic, I treat them with respect. I find it difficult to understand some of the criticism re breaking and trapping fingers. I have big fingers and it’s easy to adjust, and I’ve never trapped fingers. As long as you check that both sides of supports are in same slot (easy) it is stable. For £20 what do people expect. Compared with similar products, based on price, versatility and weight this item is at the top of my recommendations.

Simple and useful, wanted this not just for computer/tablet/phone but also as a lap tray for reading, tv dinner etc. It fits well and is comfortable on the lap the cushions allow air circulation so doesn't get too hot. The only reason for losing a star is that the base is smooth plastic and things slip rather easily, I have addressed that with a thin non slip mat. If you only use it for tablet then slipperiness would not be an issue.

Artikel ist aus hartem Kunststoff und von sehr guter Qualität. Die beiden dicken "Plüschfüße" an der Unterseite ziehen sich über die gesamte Länge des Artikels hin. Sie sind weich genug, um sich angenehm auf den Knien/Oberschenkel anzufühlen, andererseits hart genug, damit das Material auch haltbar bleibt und nicht nach einigen Benutzungen flach wird. Das Kissen lässt sich höhenmäßig mehrfach verstellen. Damit das Laptop nicht herunterrutscht, ist am Ende eine aufstellbare Leiste. Diese ist stabil und gut verarbeitet. Bin absolut begeistert.
